Kennard Goins, 24, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for his alleged role in the deaths of his 86-year-old grandmother and 73-year-old grandfather, authorities announced this week.
The pair were found late on Sunday, June 4 by patrol officers conducting a welfare check outside a home in the 3500 block of Cabot Road in Randallstown after the two had not been heard from recently.
Both were pronounced dead by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
No motive for the murder has been announced by investigators.
Goins is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
